Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Special Notes for Non US-Based (Canada, EU) & USA AK/HI Orders:

  • Unfortunately, we don't accept returns from international, Alaska and Hawaii orders.
  • In special circumstances, certain arrangement such as replacements may be arranged while extra costs may apply.
    Please contact support for specifics.

The following policies are applicable for US-Based (Excludes AK/HI) Orders ONLY:

How do I return/exchange?

  • Visit our returns center.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable/exchangeable ?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • In unused and resellable condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.

What items are eligible for FREE return/exchange?

  • Meet all of the conditions above in [What items are returnable/exchangeable?]
  • Bought with original full price.
  • The signup bonus is not counted toward a discount and all items will be eligible for free return/exchange.
  • You will get a free return label along with return instructions after your request is processed and approved.

What items are not eligible for free return/exchange?

  • Meet all of the conditions above in [What items are returnable/exchangeable?]
  • Bought with discounts of any kind, except the signup bonus. Such as but not limited to [Buy X Get Y Free], [XX% OFF], etc.
  • You will have to follow the return instructions and return the items at your own expense with the carrier of your choice.
    A restocking fee of $1.99 per item will also be subjected and deducted from your total amount of refund .

What items are non-refundable ?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Discounted or final sales items such as Bundles/Value Pack.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants.
You are also welcome to exchange for other styles that have equal or less prices, simply select any variants and then tell us what you want in
[Add a note] section in the self-service return/exchange center.
We want to encourage exchange therefore we will usually ship your exchange right away, without having to receive your returned item first.
Replacements usually arrive in 1-2 weeks, and it's the fastest way to get your desired items.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchange of different variants.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products,
refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email.
You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
