Within 30 days of your purchase, our team of fit experts will be happy to assist you, and set up a free exchange or return for you. We want to make sure you can give your new Coobie products time to mold to your body and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in them: remove product tags/stickers and wash them as much as you like.

You can open a request for exchange or return from our return center here. Once your request is processed and approved, you will get an email with shipping label and guidelines.

Exchange is always the fastest way to get what you want. If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship your new order via free standard shipping as soon as your exchange is initiated, so that you will get it as soon as possible.

If you are returning an item, you will get your refund back to your original payment funnel in 10 days. You can also choose to return via store credit, whereas you can skip the wait time and get instant refunded with our E-gift card.
