All Coobie bras, shapewear, camisoles and underwear are eligible for a free return or exchange within 30 days of purchase in the U.S.(excludes AK/HI). We want to make sure you can give your new Coobie products time to mold to your body and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in them: remove product tags/stickers and wash them as much as you like.
For Alaska, Hawaii and International returns, you need to ship the items back on your own expense. Please email us to initiate a request.

Is it easy to exchange items?
Totally. Just visit our self-service Returns Center linked above to select your new size or style and print your pre-paid shipping label and send your items back. Moreover, we always send your new items first so that you don’t have to wait!
Is it easy to return items and receive a refund?
Absolutely, our self-service Returns Center is super easy to use. It will only take you 2 minutes to complete the return process and print your pre-paid shipping label. Your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 5 days, hassle-free.
Can you clarify shipping costs?
Coobie covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Returns Center. Exchange orders initiated through our Returns Center are also eligible for free shipping within the U.S.. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
Not your taste? Not to worry. Visit our Returns Center and click the “Returning a gift?” link below the email entry box. Enter the order number and your email (don’t worry, your gifter won’t be notified) to initiate the return.
What is an instant Credit and how do I use it?
After you move through the steps on our Returns Center, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit to make a new purchase, and it ships right away. If you don’t use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded as usual.
What do you do with returned products?
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we do not restock returned items. All of the gently worn products are donated to local shelters that we are working with.
