How do I change or cancel an order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible. Our business hours are 9AM - 6PM PST, Monday-Friday. We take every support ticket in queue seriously and the average processing time is under 12 hours.

Our warehouses always try their best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within or in one business day. Therefore it's possible that by the time we receive your request, the order is already processed and shipped. But no worries! We are fully committed to ensuring that you get what you want. We will let you know the status of your order and provide a resolution to your request in the email.

If you really need the correct order in a timely manner and have not heard from us just yet, you can always place a new order to ensure that your receive it as soon as possible. However, we do recommend that you try sending us an email first and wait at least 12 hours. We usually respond to our support tickets under 12 hours, during business hours.
