How do I request an exchange or return?
Exchanges and returns are always free for U.S. orders (excluding AK/HI states) within 30 days of purchase! We simply ask that you keep the original product tag on the product, and make sure it's unworn, undamaged and sealed in the original zipper bag when shipped.
Requesting an exchange or return is simple. You can follow the guidelines here and emails during the process.
- 1. Log into our return center here and request a free shipping label. For an exchange, please specify the style/color/size of the new item, which needs to be the same price or lower. For a return, please specific the reason for returning and option of refund.
- 2. Once complete, we'll send a printable shipping label via email. You will also find the instructions in the email.
- 3. If you are exchanging an item, we'll send you your new order as soon as the exchange is initiated. We want you to have your desired item as soon as possible.
- 4. If you have not made your mind about what item you want to exchange for, please select return and the refund option [return via store credit]. We will send you a Coobie E-gift card + some extra credit, as soon as we receive your returned item. You can save it to your apple wallet, and spend it just like cash in our store, simply enter the code at the [apple code] spot during checkout.
