What if the coupon code I entered shows "Invalid"?

If you enter the coupon code and find the error message "Invalid coupon code", you are probably dealing with the following situations, please take actions accordingly.

  • The most common scenario is that you may have already entered another coupon code, or there is already an offer attached and applied to your order. Please kindly check the discount section of your order to see if this is the case. If this is the case, you will need to make a decision to pick only one of the coupons.
  • You may have entered a false/invalid/expired coupon code. Please kindly reach out to our customer service representative and state where you pick up the offer. We will try our best to help you save on your order.
  • The coupon code you enter can't be used on some of your items in cart. This rarely happens and if it does, it may or may not tell you which are the incompatible items. Please kindly reach out to our customer service representative with a screenshot of the error, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
