What is "Instant Credit" and how do I use it?

While processing a return in our Return Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along With a prepaid shipping label. Not all customers will receive the Instant Credit code and you are not obligated to use it if you do receive one. If it’s not used and the item(s) have been returned and received in our warehouse in acceptable condition by our return policy, you will receive a refund to the original payment method and the code will automatically expire. You will also receive a link to this confirmation page to the email associated with your order, so that you can always come back, copy and use the Instant Credit code anytime you’d like, before it expires.

If you decide to skip the wait and use it, here is how it works:

The Instant Credit works like an E-gift card. You can use it to purchase anything on the site. You simply have to enter it at checkout. The credit amount will be the exact amount of the returned total. Instant Credit comes with no strings attached: any unused portion of the issued credit will still be refunded back to your original payment method after your items are received.
