When will I get my new item / refund?

If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship your new order via free standard shipping as soon as your exchange is initiated, so that you will get it as soon as possible.

If you are returning an item, you will get your refund back to your original payment funnel within 10 days, after we receive the returned item and confirm the conditions. You can also choose to return via store credit, whereas you can skip the wait time and get instant refunded with our E-gift card.
