the straps don’t adjust :(

I liked these, but they didn’t work for me because the straps are not adjustable. I have a tiny frame, and they will most likely work for most women, but the straps were a little too long to stay on my shoulders and give support. Otherwise, they were great--soft and comfortable. Wonderful customer service when I had to return.
