When you go into a bra shop, online or offline, you want to try on thousands of fancy, stylish options ---

Apart from Bulge, wearing wrong bra could cause breast pain, especially whose who has bigger cup size, exercise less and in premenopausal period.

If you wear a smaller bra than you cup size, especially when you are wearing underwire one, the wires are more likely to stick into your skin and irritate you. On the contrary, if it is too big, you boobs will have too much room. They are more prone to bounce around and become sagging, which will intensify the pain.

Sagging boobs have a high relationship with back and shoulder pain. Wearing a ill-fitting size bra results in poor postures and weak back muscles, which makes the breasts more and more saggy and sharpen the pain in the back and shoulder. It is more likely to happen to the bigger breasts.

Wearing a wrong size bra is more likely to trigger abrasions and chafing. When you wear a bralette that is too tight, it will constantly rub your skin. As a consequence, red lines will appear on your breasts, your back and your shoulders.

5. Premature Sagging

Skin abrasion mentioned above --- is caused by the bra that is too small. The one that is too big may cause premature sagging and bad posture. A big bra cannot provide the enough support for the small breasts, which will prevent the breasts from keeping in the right place.

Fortunately, there are several advices that can help you find whether the bra fit you in advance before it tell you:

1. Boob shape and size will change according to different situation or stages, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation and exercise. Therefore, you need to recheck the size of the bra size half yearly.

2. The centre of the bra ought to sit between the breasts. If it is higher or lower than your breasts, your bra may be too big or too small.

3. The band needs to support the breasts' weight in the mid to lower back. If the bra is on the upper side of the back, you need a smaller bra size.

4. If your bra gives you red marks or digging st the arms, you need a bigger one.

5. Because the bra size will change in different time period. Choose a bra that has strechable cloth may be helped.

Remember, a fitting bra is just like your BFF who support you, lift you up and constantly lead you to the right path. Moreover, it will keep your girls in the right place and in the best condition. You will be in better over curve with a bralette that is in a proper size. That's why you need a bra that truly suit yourself.
